About

Raymond Hornick was born in Florida and has been a Florida resident throughout his lifetime.  He is a third generation builder in this beautiful state.  

 Raymond obtained his contracting license in June of 1988, which is when he began building homes and developing land in Highlands County, Florida.  He has completed over 500 homes within the county since 1988, including the communities of Deer Run Estates and The Preserve at Sun 'N Lakes in Sebring, Florida. Raymond is also currently developing Magnolia Golf Villas and Magnolia Place located within the Sun 'N Lakes area.  

His vision and ambition has been a large contributing factor to his luxury custom homes throughout the many years he has been building.  He always ensures to satisfy his customers and their needs!
